Chemicals Coffee Time Newsflash, EU CLP Legislative Act Text, 23/4/2024

As you probably know, the EU CLP Legislative Act passed this morning (Tuesday 23rd April) with a huge majority. [533 For/11 Against/65 Abstentions].

We do now have access to what is known as a ‘Partial Legal-Linguistic Finalisation’ text [Word document in English]. This type of text may have translation changes but will not change substantively before publication. As usual, read the small print very carefully before deciding if/how this applies to your business. To be completely certain, you may want to wait for the pdf version.
