The Chemicals Coffee Time mugs are printed to order and as such returns can only be accepted for printing errors, damaged or defective goods. We will not accept returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind.
Returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. Before returning an item please contact us on support@ttenvironmental.co.uk with photos of the problem and we will advise you on what to do.
If an order is sent out with the wrong address the item will be sent back to our manufacturer, and the customer will be liable for any further shipping costs to redeliver the order.
